Each Bioharmony® H Formula capsule contains:

  • Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate - 17,5 mg
  • Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) - 10,0 mg
  • Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) - 10,0 mg
  • Folic Acid - 200 µg
  • Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) - 250 µg
  • Zinc Lactate - 21,5 mg
  • Trimethylglycine anhydrous - 375,0 mg

  • - Caution: contains Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) and Zinc. 
  • - Long term administration of high doses of pyridoxine is associated with the development of severe peripheral neuropathies. 
  • - Unless otherwise prescribed, do not exceed the stated doses. 
  • - It is recommended that you always follow dosage directions and discontinue use should you notice or experience any undesirable side effects or are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
  • - It is recommended that the use of the product should be stopped two weeks before elective surgery.
  • - Children under 12 years of age should consult a healthcare professional prior to use.
  • - Do not use with warfarin or any other anticoagulant except under practitioner supervision. Pyridoxine reduces the effects of levodopa. But this does not occur if dopa decarboxylase inhibitor is also given.  Pyridoxine reduces the activity of altretamine, phenobarbital and phenytoin.
  • - Safety and efficacy in pregnancy and lactation has not been established. 
  • - Less frequent: Gastro-intestinal disturbances such as nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal pain.
